Famvi is operated by Ahmad Zafarani and registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration reference ZC183936. This is a legal obligation, not a marketing claim. Your family's data is our responsibility.

How Famvi handles your information

• Your family information is protected while it is transmitted and while it is stored.
• Famvi uses the information needed to provide the features you choose. Some features require secure server-side processing and approved service providers.
• Famvi's main family database is hosted in the UK. Some supporting services may process data in other regions.
• When you use an AI-powered feature, Famvi may send information needed to perform that request to an approved AI service provider.
• You can request deletion of your Famvi account and family data. Deletion requests are handled through Famvi's controlled privacy process.
• Famvi does not sell family information. Famvi does not use family or children's information for advertising.
• Zero tracking - No analytics pixels. No behavioral tracking. No data sales.

What we collect

For newsletter sign-up and product onboarding, we collect the details needed to set up your account, contact you with consent, and run the features you choose to use. This can include names, email addresses, family setup details, calendars, school communications, and other household coordination data you submit.

Why we collect it

We collect data so Famvi can coordinate your household, deliver briefings, organize school updates, support family scheduling, and provide the services you ask us to provide. We also use consent-based contact details to send updates when you request them.

Our legal basis

We rely on consent where required, including marketing emails, and on the lawful bases needed to provide the Famvi service you ask us to run for your family.

Who we share it with

• Supabase, to store and protect your data securely
• Resend, to send transactional or opted-in email communications
• Cloudflare, for core web delivery and protection
• Vercel, to host and run the Famvi web application. Some application processing currently occurs in the United States.
• Approved AI service providers, when needed to provide an AI-powered feature.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use family or children's information for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep data only for as long as it is needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, or until you ask us to delete it, depending on the type of data involved.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To do this, email support@famviai.com.

Children

Famvi is built for parents and guardians coordinating family life. Child access remains parent-managed, consent-aware, and subject to additional privacy and safeguarding controls.

AI error disclaimer

Famvi uses AI to coordinate your family. AI may make errors, inaccuracies, or mistakes. You use AI-generated output at your own risk. Famvi is not liable for errors or mistakes made by AI systems.

We will update this notice as Famvi develops, and will let you know about any significant changes.
