Who we are

Famvi is operated by Ahmad Zafarani, registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration reference ZC183936.

What we collect on this page

If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect: your first name, last name, email address, and (optionally) your family size.

Why we collect it

• To send you the Famvi newsletter and product updates, if you consent
• To understand how many families of what size are interested in Famvi, in aggregate, to help us plan the product

Our legal basis

We rely on your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) to send you marketing emails. You can withdraw this consent at any time by unsubscribing.

Who we share it with

• Resend (our email delivery provider), to send the newsletter
• Supabase (our database provider), to store your details securely

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to train AI models.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or for up to 24 months of inactivity, whichever is sooner.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To do this, email privacy@famviai.com.

Children

This newsletter sign-up is intended for parents and guardians aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from children through this form.

Changes

We will update this notice as Famvi develops, and will let you know about any significant changes.
